Statement
From a young age I was intrinsically motivated to create art. As soon as I could hold a paint brush or a drawing tool, it became apparent that art was a passion of mine. As I grew older, I steered in and out of artistic/creative endeavors. Eventually, art found its way back to me.
My current work is primarily acrylic abstract paintings that range from vibrant colors with lots of movement and textures to a darker, more quiet aesthetic.
No two paintings of mine are the same and it would be virtually impossible for me to recreate an identical work of my own. My work is an expression of my endless moods and emotions trapped in time.
Every artist is unique and I believe art is meant to be imperfect because it’s in the imperfection itself that beauty and uniqueness collide in one’s creations.
